First auto PFD
"If you are reading this you are most likely a boater, and quite possibly researching PFD’s. I spent a lot of this past winter researching auto PFD’s for my wife and me. It came down to Mustang vs Onyx. I ended up buying two MIT-70’s since I do a lot of inshore boating. The reasons I went with the MIT-70 were: - excellent size (not too big) and lightness - Comfort - Top notch build quality- very impressive - MIT technology and easy re-arm process We are very impressed with the two units and wear them proudly. If you have a boat you know how expensive things can be in this hobby. My advice is a PFD that can save your life should not be an place to try and skimp. If you value quality and a well thought out design, the MIT-70 should be on your short list. The great thing about these units are you will wear them, and that’s the most important feature of all.
