The M.I.T. Membrane Inflatable Technology™ is the next generation of inflatable technology. It is made from stretch-fabrics and uses less fabric so they weigh less and offer a far more flexible fit that moves with you all day long.

The MD2087 M.I.T. Membrane Inflatable Technology™ Inflatable PFD is automatically activated, meaning it inflates upon water immersion. When inflated the M.I.T. Membrane Inflatable Technology™ 35 boasts 35lb buoyancy - more than twice the flotation of a traditional PFD. It also features an inflator inspection window and an access flap to make inspecting and maintaining your PFD a breeze. The PFD also includes a hidden pocket for convenient storage of boating essentials and a reflective badge for enhanced visbility.
