Zodiac Maritime Academy
Zodiac Maritime Academy (ZMA) provides several training programs covering
maritime operations for fire departments and First Responders. Courses
train students in basic boat handling, water rescue and emergency response
techniques, tactical operations and inflatable boat maintenance. The training
is available to all public safety and First Responder personnel, including
police and law enforcement, fire/rescue, EMS, FEMA, USCG and SWAT teams.
Civilians are by invitation only.

Rescue Canada
Rescue Canada delivers a wide range of training courses in Canada and the United States for SAR professionals, Fire Rescue, Police, Military, Security teams, and other professionals that work on or near water. This includes swift water rescue, ice rescue, helicopter rescue, and boat handling.

Lifesaving Resources
Lifesaving Resources develops and conducts comprehensive training programs in Aquatics Safety, Water Rescue and Ice Rescue for the Public Safety & Rescue Sector and the Lifeguard Aquatics Safety & Recreation Sector.

K-38
K38 Water Safety is a group of water rescue and safety specialists committed to enhancing the occupational and recreational use of the Personal Watercraft (PWC). K38 provides PWC rescue boat training courses for law enforcement, military, lifeguard and fire departments. Training is also available to other types of professional agencies and athletes from kite surfing, tow surfing, wake boarding, competition, movie stunt and safety management.

Indiana River Rescue School
The Indiana River Rescue School (IRRS) provides extensive swift water rescue training on the St. Joseph River and the East Race Waterway in the heart of South Bend Indiana. Lead by instructors from Indiana DNR and South Bend Fire Department, the IRRS provides a program where the emphasis is put on “hands on” training with a minimum of downtime for travel. Over 2000 students from across North and South America have been trained by the IRRS in the past 25 years.

H2O Rescue Team
A team of instructor trainers and instructors affiliated with the Pa. Fish and Boat Commission that provide Swift Water Rescue training. Classes range from self rescue skills, advanced line systems, emergency boat operations, and ice rescue techniques. Our emphasis is on the “team concept” and that water rescue has no boundaries. We train Fire/Rescue, EMS, Law Enforcement, SERT team members, Military, and others than work on or near the water.
